“Me and my wife, went to Capadocia JUST for going in balloon, in our honeymoon. The result? 12 hours before the flight, they just said us that they have to cancel the flight, and there was no reason, except on they resell our quotas to another one for more money. We lost the hotel and flight money because of these bad "procesionals". I hope Viator takes any kind of measure about this company. We lost our main honeymoon event.”
