It's good value for money (if you go to the attractions you'll see most places cost €12 euros to get in, so having a pickup, lunch, an expert guide AND access to the sites is so worth it. We had a small group (12 ISH) which was perfect. Jacob was super knowledgeable and great at answering questions or telling you interesting facts about all the history along the way. “Our favourite parts of the trip were Selim Monastery, the underground city and Ilhara Valley. Lunch was very good too. The tour guide Eli was excellent, was very knowledgeable and kept the group entertained throughout. The driver was very good too. We felt safe and he kept us well supplied with water too. We found the day was quite long though and think the last two stops were not necessary ie the visit to the overpriced tourist shop in particular and also pigeon valley ( although it was a lovely view).”

“The underground city was great and definitely a highlight of the tour, however most of the time on the tour was spent on the bus driving through agricultural areas. Most of the stops were just for photos and not a lot of information regarding the area or history was given. Despite asking and including dietary requirements (gluten free) for the included lunch, they were not accommodating and meant there was less food than everyone else. The lunch place is not depicted like the pictures, the river restaurants have been knocked down for preservation so we ended up eating somewhere else with a lot of free time. Honestly, felt like a…”
