“Excellent experience! Very organized from picking us up, going for breakfast, taking us to the field and back from our respective hotels. Their communication also is very reachable. You can message them 24/7 for any concerns you have. We had ours changed last minute and they still picked us up on our hotel. Very on time. Definitely can recommend this balloon operator. I think it'd be a nice touch to have the name of the passenger on the flight certificate.”
